This web shop is operated by J.Lindeberg AB (556533-7085) (referred to as J.Lindeberg/we/our/us).

These terms regulates the transactions in the J.Lindeberg web store.

Alteration of terms
Any deviations from the general terms and conditions will be clearly stated in the transaction concerned.

J.Lindeberg reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. It is up to the user to be updated with such changes. When placing an order the user accepts the terms and conditions at the time for the order.

Intellectual Property
All compilation and content of the Web Store, including its designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos and images, is the intellectual property of J.Lindeberg or its content suppliers and constitutes proprietary materials, copyrighted materials, trademarks and/or trade dress. The Web Store and its content may be used only for personal, noncommercial use. All worldwide rights, titles and interests are reserved.

Children’s Use of Web Store
The Web Store is accessible to anyone who has access to the Internet. However, we do not collect or maintain information or communicate by email with persons that we know are under the age of 13 (unless their parents consent). The Web Store is not intended or designed to attract anyone under 13. Children under the age of 13 should ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone on the Internet. Parents and guardians should supervise their children's activities on the Internet and use parental control or other web filtering technology to limit children's access to the Internet.

The Web Store and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the Web Store's operation or content. J.Lindeberg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. J.Lindeberg disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Web Store.

We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colours with 100% accuracy.

Privacy/Personal details
According to Swedish law, we must ask you to accept that we handle your personal details. J.Lindeberg will handle all details that you leave with us, or which we are given when you register for a purchase or visit our homepage. J.Lindeberg will only use the information given in order to fulfil our undertakings and provide the best service possible to our customers.

J.Lindeberg will not let a third party use your personal details for marketing without your consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files are corrected or deleted.

Force Majeure
If J.Lindeberg fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure J.Lindeberg will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

Placing an order

General
Only residents of European Union member states can order from our European site. If you are resident in North America, please log on to our American site.

In order to shop from our site you must be registered and logged in. Please read the membership terms before signing up as a member.

Your order will be handled within 2 working days after order placement. We operate Monday to Friday, not on public holidays.

Minimum order
Due to handling costs, we can’t accept any orders under 40.00 EUR.

Changes to the assortment
J.Lindeberg reserves the right to change the stock available on the site and the right to take out items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.

Confirmations
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation includes your order details. As soon as we have sent your package you will receive an UPS tracking number. All these details will also be available in your log in.

Payment and prices

Payment
We accept all credit cards connected to VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. We also accept American Express.

The full amount will not be charged until your order is dispatched.

When paying with a card, you must enter your card security number (CVC). For VISA and MasterCard this is usually a 3 digit code found on the back of the card. On American Express cards this is a 4 digit code on the front of the card

Prices and currencies
All prices on the European site are stated in EUR. On our American site prices are stated in USD.

J.Lindeberg is not responsible for currency changes/exchange rates that your local bank might have when exchanging the EUR into your local currency.

The price presented on each article is excluding freight charges but including VAT. Freight charges are presented below under Freight charges.

Price changes
J.Lindeberg reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of placing an order is valid throughout that buying process.

Freight charges
Freight charge for deliveries within European Union is 13.00 EUR. Freight charge for deliveries within Sweden is 5.00 EUR.

Shipping

Delivery times
Normal delivery time is 2-8 working days after the order is processed, depending on what country you are ordering from. In the order confirmation you receive by e-mail you find an order number that can be used to track your shipment with UPS. Delivery times are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 08.00 – 17.00.

UPS deliveries
All orders will be delivered by UPS directly to the address you have stated as delivery address. If you are not available at the address you have stated when UPS comes, UPS will leave a note with a phone number that you can call to arrange new delivery time, or deliver the parcel to nearest neighbour.

If the attempts by UPS to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be shipped back to J.Lindeberg. In such cases J.Lindeberg is not liable to refund the freight cost.

Exchanges/Returns and refunds

Return policy
You have the right to return goods, with a full refund, or exchange them within 14 days after receiving them. Returned garments should not have been worn or damaged and should be returned unused in good condition and with labels intact to our warehouse in Borås, Sweden.

When returning or exchanging an article you will have to pay for the return freight. We will credit your card as soon as the return is back with us. Original freight cost will not be credited, unless the return is due to damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by J.Lindeberg.

Remember that items bought on a sale will not be exchanged or returned.

How to return
Contact eu.webstore@jlindeberg.com and state your order number, what items you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you don't contact customer service before returning you might not be refunded!
